Shane Colwell is the Lead Pastor of Grace Bible Church in Barrington, NJ. Previously, Shane and his wife, Amy, lived in Worcester, MA, where Shane served as the Founding and Lead Pastor of The Church on Seven Hills. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bible from Cairn University, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), and a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also completed some doctoral coursework in leadership at Columbia International University. Shane and Amy have two boys, Nathan, and Chase. Due to Chase’s severe disabilities, Shane and Amy are also passionate about ministering to the special needs community, and others that are experiencing grief and suffering.
Shane is also the author of 2 books: I Know It Hurts: 6 Biblical Truths From A Pastor And Father Of A Medically Fragile Child, and A Life Worth Following: Godly Leadership Lessons From The Life of Boaz. Through his preaching, teaching and writing ministries, Shane desires to make Jesus known, equip believers, and bring hope to the hurting through God’s Word.
